Enoch Evans Solicitors in Walsall have converted to limited liability partnership (LLP) status as of 1st April 2010. The principal driver is of course limiting the Partner’s liability but there are other advantages to this conversion.

David Evans, Managing Partner explains that "the firm’s conversion to limited liability partnership status was not a decision taken without due consideration, it has taken meticulous planning and management but we believe this step will not only serve as a risk regulator but will also assist in the long-term growth strategy of Enoch Evans”.

David Evans further explained that "the fact that we have strengthened the firm in many areas meant that converting to limited liability partnership status was the next logical step to reinforce our status as one of the largest, oldest and more contemporary law firms in the Black Country. This change will not affect client and supplier relationships and official communications will be sent out in due course".

The LLP conversion is the first in a line of changes to the firm. A new corporate identity, the installation of sophisticated communication and management systems, a recruitment drive and the streamlining of marketing activities will see the firm rebrand and improve in 2010 moving into 2011.
