Walsall-based legal practice Enoch Evans has announced the appointment of Associate solicitor Simon Hayden.
Now an integral part of the Walsall community, Enoch Evans Solicitors first began providing solutions back in 1884. Working to a company maxim of ‘excellence as standard’, the teams at Enoch Evans offer commercial and private services, including legal advice, dispute resolution and property.
Simon qualified in 1996 at a firm in Hertfordshire, later moving to Birmingham to join Edge Ellison (now Hammonds) working primarily in their residential development department. In 2002, Simon joined Shakespeares and undertook a wider range of commercial property work, before moving to Putsmans in 2006 where he acted for several national developers as well as local residential developers in connection with their land acquisitions, site assemblies, disposals and ongoing property management. Simon also acted for several property investors and several businesses on the acquisition of both freehold and leasehold premises. Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending his time with his young family; and socialising with friends, travelling, playing golf and squash when he has the chance.
On his appointment and plans at Enoch Evans, Simon commented, “Enoch Evans has an excellent reputation and presence in the region and has always prided itself on offering a quality service and building long term relationships with its clients. I am very excited to be joining such a dynamic firm at this time and am looking forward to contributing to its continued success.”
“I will be working in the thriving Commercial department, and offering Commercial Property advice to its owner occupier and developer clients in the West Midlands and beyond.”
The new appointment comes as Enoch Evans implement wide scale changes to the way they do business, and follows the appointment of two new partners to the firm in late 2007.
Of the most recent appointments, Lead Partner David Evans said, "We are delighted to welcome Simon to the team. He joins us at a very exciting time in our 124-year history. Enoch Evans is going from strength to strength, building on an excellent reputation, enhancing services provided and celebrating a string of highly successful deals. It’s an exciting future for Enoch Evans, and it’s great to have Simon on board.”
