Dispute Resolution Solicitor Stephen Nixon is now a Solicitor-Advocate having recently passed the Higher Rights of Audience exam. This prestigious qualification will enable Stephen to appear in not only the County Court but also in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority set out strict guidelines regarding the qualities that a Solicitor- Advocate must possess.  Enoch Evans LLP now have three Solicitors who have this qualification; Stephen who is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team and deals with both Litigation and Employment cases, Christopher Loach,  a Partner in the Criminal department and Nayan Patel a Solicitor in the Criminal department..
