If Enoch Evans Solicitors in Walsall did not have enough to celebrate in their 125th year, three members of staff have added their own achievements to the celebrations.
Probate Solicitor Patricia Venables (see photo - left) was admitted to the roll of Solicitors of England and Wales on Tuesday 3rd November. Patricia’s achievement is particular impressive due to the fact that her four years of evening and weekend studying is as well as looking after her family, and also working full time. Patricia has worked in the legal industry for over 15 years. David Evans, Managing Partner commented that “Patricia’s career success alongside her full time family commitments goes to show what a remarkable person she is. I am very proud of her achievements”.
Robert Pannifer(see photo - right), a member of Enoch Evans’ private client department, gave the firm cause for celebration when he became a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).. Robert wanted to join the organisation because he had been to numerous Midlands events and found it to be a useful organisation to belong to. Membership is only awarded on an individual basis and Robert scored 91% in the assessment examination. The Walsall based Firm now employs the only 3 private practice members in the Walsall area. David Evans, Managing Partner said “Enoch Evans’ Private Client department works very closely with the elderly members of our community, and to have another department member become an official Solicitor for the Elderly is superb”.
Enoch Evans are also pleased to announce that after being admitted to the roll of Solicitors of England and Wales, Mandeep Sanghera (see photo - middle) is now a full time member of their Commercial Department. After completing her Law and Business Degree at Keele University and her LPC at Nottingham School of Law, Mandeep began her legal career at Enoch Evans in 2007 as a Trainee Solicitor. David Evans, Managing Partner said that “despite a difficult few months it is brilliant that we can expand our Commercial Department and pull our plans back together. Mandeep is an extremely capable lawyer and will play a vital part in the department’s success and continued growth”.
