Specialist areas:	Emma is the Partner with overall responsibility for the Dispute Resolution Department (which incorporates the Matrimonial, Litigation, Employment and Contested Trust and Probate teams). She has specialised in matrimonial law throughout her career and has considerable experience in all areas of family law including children cases, co-habitation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, divorce and separation and all associated financial matters, in particular property, pensions and business interests. She is also able to advise on contested trust and probate issues.
About Emma:	Emma was admitted as a solicitor in 1992 and joined Enoch Evans LLP in 1990. In her spare time Emma enjoys watching football, travelling, reading and badminton. Emma is a member of Resolution and the Law Society’s specialist Family Law panel.
