Enoch Evans Launch Employment Scheme

Walsall based Solicitors Enoch Evans are going that bit further to protect their client’s interests by launching a new Employment Law Protection Scheme (ELPS) for employers. The scheme is part of the firm’s ongoing Company and Commercial expansion plans and is an easy and cost effective way of removing the burden of employment legislation, allowing employers to focus on the development of their day to day business.

Mandeep Sanghera, Commercial Solicitor and ELPS Client Liaison Executive (pictured), explains the rationale behind the scheme launch.

“Due to the current economic climate and the availability of nformation for employees about their rights, we have seen an increasing number of organisations having to deal with employment issues without proper advice and assistance which results in them being dragged into complex and costly litigation proceedings. Here at Enoch Evans we feel that by providing employers with the right support network we will ensure that matters are dealt with in line with correct procedures, which can often lead to matters being settled quickly, cost effectively and not always resulting in litigation”.

The scheme has three core components which have been designed to offer seamless financial and business continuity protection.

  1. Firstly, a qualified Lawyer from Enoch Evans will visit the business premises and undertake a business audit (health check) where current policies and practices will be reviewed.
  2. Secondly, ongoing expert advice will be given by a qualified Lawyer who knows your business through the use of a helpline.
  3. Finally, an Insurance Policy will be available for clients. The firm are fully authorised to manage claims on the behalf of the insurers. The policy available covers settlements and awards, as well as legal costs. Enoch Evans’ Company and Commercial department have been advising businesses for many years and are now in a position of offering these additional services which can be used as bolt on options. If the insurance option is taken out then the business audit and ongoing expert advice services are automatically provided.

Mandeep goes on to explain the unique aspects and benefits of the scheme. “We are here to help provide a practical solution to any problem our clients have, as well as helping them to avoid further problems arising. We are a Firm who have been serving the community for 125 years and the secret of our success is to always ensure that we act in the best interest of our clients”.

Enoch Evans are offering free consultations upon completion of their Employment Law Protection Scheme questionnaire. For more information, or to receive a questionnaire please contact Mandeep Sanghera. Email: mks@enoch-evans.co.uk,
