Enoch Evans Bake Cakes For Local Charity

Walsall Solicitors Enoch Evans organised a cake baking event in aid of Walsall Breast Cancer Self Help Group on Friday 30th October. In total 15 cakes were baked by staff and included chocolate cake, carrot cake, honey cake, Victoria sponges, fairy cakes, rocky road cakes, cola cake, marble cake and cheese cake. A slice of cake was sold for 50p, or 25p per fairy cake, and a grand total of £73.21 was raised. Kim Blue, event organiser, commented that “The efforts of the staff in baking and then eating the cakes were tremendous. Well done”

Walsall Breast Cancer Self-Help Group is run entirely by volunteers who have been treated for breast cancer. Their wide ranges of services are in place to help ladies and their families who have been affected by the traumas of Breast Cancer. They offer friendship, emotional and practical support together with ongoing confidential help.
