A Notary is a qualified lawyer and a member of the third and oldest branch of the legal profession in the United Kingdom. He is appointed by the Archbishop of Canterbury. His signature, seal, and stamp are recognised in almost every Country of the World. He deals with International Documentation.
A Notary’s office and duty is to prepare, witness, certify and authenticate documents in a manner to make them acceptable to judical or other public authorities in the Country in which they are to be used.
